About Chef Dom Taylor Kitchen
Chef Dom Taylor has been cooking up a gastronomical storm since he finished his classical training in 1999. Ever since, he has worked his way up to Executive Chef level and has been involved in a string of successful restaurant openings and hotels ranging from Fine Dining to Vegan experiences. His Caribbean background and his fondness to travel has inspired him greatly, and it is clear to see how this has impacted his food style which we see in his plates.
