For just £35 per person, you can enjoy a dish from the ‘Bakery & Bowls’ menu and a dish from the ‘Eggs’ menu alongside your bubbles. From pastries and pancakes, to classic eggs benedict and croque Madame, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Where better to attend a Champagne Masterclass than the home of Europe’s longest champagne bar? Inspiring and informative, their monthly masterclasses are suited to both beginners and connoisseurs. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
Feeling hungry? For just £99, you and a guest can choose three mouth-watering courses from the Sunday Brunch menu alongside a bottle of Laurent Perrier La Cuvée Champagne. Serving up seasonal British flavours including cinnamon porridge with Kent apple and a delicious plant-based chia seed, coconut, almond, pomegranate and kiwi bowl, it will be a brunch you won’t forget.
Executive Chef of St Pancras by Searcys, Colin Layfield, has taken the finest British eggs and created a unique breakfast menu that is served in the Brasserie and Champagne bar from Monday to Saturday, between 7am – 11am. Tuck into the chef’s recommendation of a decadent fried duck egg with chorizo and potato hash, or opt for the popular French omelette. Whatever you choose, we’re certain it will be eggcelent!
